Shipping policy
Loners Diary is not responsible for any lost,unclaimed or damaged packages and recommend contacting the carrier for more information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by domestic and international holidays, bad weather, incorrect addresses, or any delays caused by the third-party shipping company.
ORDERS WITH FREE SHIPPING/STANDARD SHIPPING:
ALL ITEMS ARE PRE-MADE:
Orders ship within 3-6 business days. You can check your tracking number for updates.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
ORDERS WITH EXPRESS SHIPPING:
Your order is a priority and will arrive within 2-4 business days. If you select express shipping and we are not able to meet the time shown due to a delay, we will automatically refund the cost of shipping.
Refund policy
ALL sales are FINAL once payment is received, no returns will be accepted.
Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. So please be sure that you are ordering the correct product variant; size, color etc.
EXCHANGES
ALL sales are FINAL, no exchanges will be accepted.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at LonersDiary1@gmail.com if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If needed, we will correct any mistakes made on our behalf. There are no refunds unless you have received a defective product. If a refund is requested for a defective product, it will only be for the cost of the product. Shipping is not refunded. Once the product is received at our warehouse we will email you, to complete the exchange process.
